What started as a single, intentional creation for Sara Blakely became something bigger.

I've learned through demos and selling at the farmer's market just how many people are navigating onion and garlic allergies, sensitivities, or following a low FODMAP lifestyle, and how few truly simple snack options exist for them.

So I brought it to life for all of you.

Free & Simple Foods’ Sea Salt Crackers were created to be just that: No garlic. No onion. Clean, allergy-friendly ingredients.

I’m incredibly grateful that what began as a personal moment has turned into something that can serve a growing community of people with dietary restrictions and anyone who just wants simple food they can trust.

This marks the start of my time working with the University of Michigan Ross MBA students, and I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter with Free and Simple Foods.

So thankful for the people who helped get me here, especially Debbie Manzano, whose support and encouragement made this opportunity possible. I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and seeing where this experience takes us.
