Some people think that mindfulness is a complicated technique that is very hard to practice. In fact, practicing mindfulness is quite simple and easy 😊
But first, what is mindfulness? ❤️
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment AWARENESS of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment ✨
It is a state of active, open attention to the present - everything that is happening inside and outside your body in this very moment. When you're mindful, you carefully observe your thoughts and feelings WITHOUT JUDGING them good or bad ☯️
Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means LIVING IN THE MOMENT and awakening to your current experience, rather than dwelling on the past or anticipating the future 💫
