Sign up for a community conversation with our community lead After losing both of her parents to glioblastoma, Laura became committed to advocating for gbm caregivers and patients. She leads a support group, wrote a book about her experience navigating gbm as a daughter, and started her own non-profit to help gbm caregivers. She joined Roon to be a community advocate for patients and caregivers.

There are several time slots for this Thursday. Sign up for a Zoom community session through the link in our Instagram bio or the link below.

Compassion in Community: A Podcast Episode With Glioblastoma Research Organization

We joined Amber Barbach of Glioblastoma Research Organization on her new podcast Glioblastoma aka GBM - tune in to find out how we are supporting glioblastoma patients and caregivers.

Medical professionals often say not to go to Google when you leave the clinic as people come back more overwhelmed and misinformed. Two of our founders, Dr. Rohan Ramakrishna & Vikram Bhaskaran share why on this episode.

Roon is a platform that is re-imagining medical content and health communities. The episode includes a discussion about Roon, its mission, and how it’s changing the game for navigating glioblastoma - please listen to the episode, and if you know anyone who might benefit from hearing it, please do share.

In recognition of GBM Day we wanted to share a real conversation about navigating glioblastoma. Dr. Ramakrishna and philosopher & GBM patient advocate Adam Hayden discuss the realities of awake craniotomies from both the neurosurgeon and patient perspective. This conversation delves into what being awake through brain surgery is like and ends with a discussion on philosophy and faith as tools for healing.

Roon is currently open to GBM Caregivers in the US & Canada, we are working to open it up to patients soon.
