That’s not a personality trait. That’s a nervous system stuck in overdrive.....
🤓 There is a reason behind each formula we create. Let's break down the science.....
Here’s what’s actually happening inside your body:
Your brain has a gas pedal (glutamate) and a brake (GABA). When they fall out of balance, thanks to stress, poor sleep, gut inflammation, or nutrient depletion, you get that classic “tired but can’t shut off” feeling.

Here’s what’s in most multivitamins:

❌ Folic acid (synthetic, hard to convert—especially with MTHFR gene)
❌ Cyanocobalamin (cheap B12 with cyanide molecule)
❌ Vitamin D2 (your body barely uses it)
❌ Magnesium oxide (4% absorption)
❌ Calcium carbonate (constipates you, doesn’t absorb)

Your body flushes most of it out.

You’re literally p*eing out $30/month.

Worse:

Synthetic vitamins can CREATE imbalances.

What actually works:

You bought probiotics.

Big brand. Cheap price.

Took them for 3 months.

Nothing changed.

“Probiotics don’t work.”

Wrong.

THOSE probiotics don’t work.

Here’s why:

Most store-bought probiotics:
🚨 Sit in hot warehouses (kills bacteria)
🚨 Contain strains that can’t survive stomach acid
🚨 Have low CFU counts (not enough bacteria)
🚨 Use cheap, inactive strains

By the time you buy them, they’re dead.

You’re swallowing expensive dirt.

What makes a probiotic actually work:

✅ Refrigerated or shelf-stable with enteric coating
✅ High CFU count (50+ billion)
✅ Multiple strains (diversity matters)
✅ Survivability through stomach acid
✅ Third-party tested for potency

“But the label says 20 billion CFU!”

That’s at manufacturing.

By the time it reaches you?

Maybe 5 billion. Maybe zero.

Also:

If you have bad bacteria overgrowth (SIBO, candida):

You wake up exhausted.

Grab coffee immediately.

By 10am you need another cup.

By 2pm you’re crashing and need a third.

By 4pm you’re dragging and need one more just to make it to dinner.

You think coffee is giving you energy.

It’s not.

It’s stealing energy from tomorrow and giving it to you today.

Here’s what’s actually happening:

Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors in your brain.

Adenosine is what makes you feel tired.

When you drink coffee:

Your brain thinks you’re not tired
Cortisol spikes (stress hormone)
Adrenaline releases
You feel “awake”
But your body is STILL exhausted.

You just can’t feel it anymore.

The problem:

When caffeine wears off, all that adenosine floods back in.

PLUS your cortisol crashes.

PLUS your adrenaline bottoms out.

Now you’re MORE tired than before.

So you drink more coffee.

And the cycle repeats.

You’re not energized. You’re just chemically masking fatigue.

After months of this:
🚨 Your adrenals are fried

🚨 Your cortisol rhythm is destroyed

🚨 You can’t fall asleep at night (cortisol still elevated)

🚨 You wake up MORE tired than before

🚨 You need MORE coffee just to function

This is called adrenal fatigue.

Your body is running on fumes.

And coffee is the emergency brake you keep pulling.

What actually gives you energy:

✅ Sleep (7-9 hours of REAL rest)

✅ B vitamins (fuel your mitochondria—your cell batteries)
