Even though medical abortions are accessible online, it has been deemed unsafe by the FDA and many doctors. It is also not recommended to take the abortion pill if:

💊It’s possible you have miscarried or that you could have an ectopic pregnancy. An ultrasound can determine whether either applies.

💊Your pregnancy has progressed more than ten weeks from your last menstrual period (LMP). An ultrasound can determine how far along you are in your pregnancy.

💊You are using an intrauterine device (IUD). You should have your IUD removed before attempting a medical abortion.
