It has been a while since my office team had participated and treated the competitors and participants at the Citifield Stadion Race. It was a long and hot day, but it was a great experience treating and helping all the racers pre and post-race with recovery, which included Active Release Technique, FAKTR, Kinesiology Taping, and stretching Not since the pandemic and a few years back had my office had the capacity to undertake such an enormous task. With 7,000 total racers, roughly 200 of them sought out treatment by our team leaving with the feeling of relief. Until next time Spartan!

Introducing our new clinical treatment team!

Officially introducing my new clinical treatment team: to my right Coach Dylan is our Corrective Exercise Specialist helping and assisting our patients with their rehab exercises; to my left is our new Physical Therapist Mitva who specializes in hands on treatment especially with soft tissue therapies such cupping and rehab exercises; to her left is our other new Physical Therapist Dr. Clark who brings with him years of hands on and exercise experience and of course behind me needs no introduction our very own Dr. Jaissy who is our other chiropractor specializing in hands on treatment from soft tissue therapies, adjustments and spinal decompression along with corrective exercises. And of course there’s yours truly 😉.
