Om Factory offers a vast array of classes, workshops and trainings, inviting you to challenge the definition of what a yoga studio can be. Our students can stay grounded with more traditional yoga classes, or take flight with our various fusion styles, including Aerial Yoga, AcroYoga and Aerial Circus Arts.

What’s it like: 50 hours, one week, lots of aerial, lots of yoga, lots of new faces, confidence building, sequence structuring, early mornings, long days and time spent creating a foundation for your teaching style!
