We are in the heart of our events season but we found some time to share some of our favorite snaps from

Camp Nurse Con is an all-inclusive summer camp retreat for nurses and students to connect together via classic camp activities, socials, workshops and CNE credited sessions.

We’ve been working with .blake and his team for months to bring this incredible experience to life.

They had us laughing the entire event and it was great to see so many people connect over work and play.

We’ve added the Florida Keys to our growing list of partner venues!

This incredible property has 177 hotel guest room and suites and over 150 private villas. Large conference rooms, breakout meeting spaces, buffet style meals alongside a La carte restaurants. It also has a wide range of onsite activities including tennis, pickleball, mini-golf, pool, water activities and even a dolphin experience!

Last week, we helped design and host a one-of-a-kind retreat experience for . An 3 night event built around of meaningful connection, skill-sharing, and downtime at the in the Florida Keys.

Teammates (and partners, friends and families) flew in from across the country to make space for real human connection in a remote-first world.

We helped build the Rise8 retreat around:
• 1:1 and cross-team meetups.
• Thought leadership sessions + skill swaps.
• Employee Recognition.
• Team-building workshops.
• Downtime activities and excursions.

We wanted to give the Rise8 crew the chance to unplug, connect, and celebrate how far they’ve come – and collaborate on where they’re headed next.

Thank you to the Rise8 team for trusting Allaway with planning and hosting this company retreat.

We’re dreaming of being back at one of our favorite venues in California!

Last week we hosted the wonderful retreat!

This was an all-inclusive wellness retreat for BIPOC therapists, a chance to come spend time in a safe space to grow, heal, learn and share.

Event Highlights included:
- Tennis clinics run by
- Soundbath sessions by the lake
- A beautiful fine-dining dinner in the barn
- Nature hikes through the trails

We loved the energy that ran throughout this experience.
