"Everyone looks so happy on Instagram... except me." Does this thought ever cross your mind during the holidays? 🎄

The streets are bright, and social media is full of "perfect" family photos. But living in the U.S., especially when you are between cultures or away from home, this season can bring a quiet, heavy loneliness.

"Why can't I be happy like them?" "Is there something wrong with me?"

If you are tired of "performing" happiness or feeling like you don't fully fit in, please know that you are not broken.
