A paw-some update! The popular Feast of St. Francis Day returns to the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, NYC this Sunday, 10/5!

Bring your furry, feathered, or scaly friend for a special service at 10:30am featuring the Procession of the Animals (with goats, sheep, reptiles, birds, and so much more!), music by Artist in Residence Paul Winter, and dance by Forces of Nature. Then, have your pet blessed by a Cathedral clergy member during the afternoon fair, held rain or shine. All pets and people are welcome to this beloved annual tradition. 🐾🐰🐑

Calling all Studio Ghibli fans! This Thursday, 10/2, the San Francisco-based Sixth Station Trio will make their New York debut at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, NYC, where they will perform enchanting melodies from some of Studio Ghibli’s most beloved films like Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, The Boy and the Heron, and more. The concert begins at 7:30pm. 🎶🎻

This Saturday, 9/27, the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, NYC invites all to celebrate the installation of the Very Rev. Winnie Varghese, 12th Dean of the Cathedral. The special day will begin at 10:30am with an interfaith service led by faith leaders, theologians, and other participants from around the world, immediately followed by a reception on the Pulpit Green (weather permitting), featuring the Q***r Big Apple Corps Marching Band. ⛪️✝️

New Yorkers and visitors alike stopped by to sample diverse cuisines from over 30 Times Square businesses, while enjoying live music and entertainment from local establishments. 🍣🍝
