Fat loss and visible muscle definition advice I’d give you if I wasn’t afraid of hurting your feelings 👇

Supplements, detoxes, and cold plunges don’t drive real fat loss or muscle definition.

You don’t need a new workout...you need to follow the right one consistently and apply progressive overload.

You’re not stuck..you’re just not tracking accurately.

You’re not in a plateau...you’re just eating more than you realize.

You’re not “too busy” you just haven’t made fat loss and muscle definition a true priority yet.

Your metabolism isn’t broken you’re just not in a calorie deficit.

Moving more and eating less actually works you just aren’t consistent enough.

You don’t need to “cut carbs” or “go keto” you need to be in a calorie deficit.

A calorie deficit DOES work for fat loss...you just need to be more precise and steady.

“Intuitive eating” doesn’t work if your intuition is overeating.

Your weekend habits are sabotaging your weekday progress.

You’re not lacking motivation...you’re lacking discipline.

You don’t need a detox on Monday...you need to stop bingeing every weekend.

Your results aren’t slow...you’re just impatient.

You say you’ve “tried everything,” but you haven’t been consistent with anything.

If your nutrition isn’t sustainable, neither is your fat loss or muscle definition.

You don’t need more time...you need to stop wasting the time you have.

This is the truth about fat loss and visible muscle — no shortcuts, no gimmicks.

Most people look at my before photo and think I must have been eating too much.

The truth is I was barely eating at all and hooked on a crazy expensive supplement regime.

That's why I spent my twenties doing everything “right” and getting absolutely nowhere.

My problem wasn’t effort.

My problem was that I was putting the effort in the wrong place 😭

Here's the trick: ⚡️master the basics really really well.

1️⃣ strength training and progressive overload hitting new heavy lifts overtime
2️⃣ understand macro nutrients, and calorie consumption
3️⃣ rinse and repeat

I’m thicker than I’ve been in a long time.

And if I’m being real...

This is a weight that would’ve wrecked younger me.

She would’ve spiraled.
She’d skip dinner, double her workouts, and hate her reflection all week.

But now?

I took this video and thought, “Damn. I look curvy as hell.”

Because here’s the truth:

I’ve been the girl who ate as little as possible to shrink.
The one who trained like a psycho until she got injured.
The one who tracked every macro and still felt scared to eat.

And I’ve also been the girl who finally let go of that.

Now I eat more than ever.
Lift heavier than ever.
And yeah I’ve got more curves. More muscle. More me.

And I like her. A LOT.

Working with over 1,000 women taught me something I wish I’d known sooner..

Every phase of you
.. the super-restrictive one, the injured one, the scared-to-gain one?

She wasn’t wasted time.

She was collecting data.

You weren’t failing.

You were figuring it out.

And even now, I don’t think I’m “done.”

But for once, I don’t feel like I need to rush it.

Because this version of me?

She feels closer to home than any version I’ve ever been.

4. Moved back to Florida for a bit to finish rebuilding our home post hurricane (almost there, but been hard to see the devastation still in the neighborhood 🥹)
5. Celebrated the anniversary of my dad's passing and saw the brightest rainbow I've ever seen that day seen on a bike ride with my girls ❤️

After analyzing more than 21,000 food logs… I can tell you fat loss isn’t about perfection.

After 8 to 12 weeks of dieting, your metabolism slows down.
Leptin and thyroid drop… so you burn fewer calories.

Every 8 to 12 weeks, take a 10 to 14 day maintenance phase.
Add 250 to 400 calories a day and keep protein around 0.7 to 1 gram per pound.

If you lift, you need around 0.7 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and enough carbs to fuel your workouts.

My Story

Hi, my name is Haylee.

A little background about me, I'm a certified personal trainer, kettlebell coach and group fitness instructor. I have affiliations with the National Federation of Personal Trainers, Strongfirst School of Strength and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. I absolutely LOVE what I do. Nothing is more rewarding than helping other people. My goal is to help you get the same insane results I got using kettlebells and my easy to follow program. So why trust me that this workout is going to be different than everything else you've tried? There are two solid reasons I know this will work for you: 1. You only need one piece of inexpensive equipment that will burn 400 calories in only 20 minutes...forget the pep talk to get to the gym for an hour long sweat session. 2. You don't have to motivate yourself to get to the gym, you can do kettlebell workouts right in your living room. If you’ve been on the weight loss merry-go-round for many years, I can totally sympathize. I have had a very rough road to fitness myself. I tried every workout and diet there was and spent the majority of my life trying to lose weight and tone up with no success...until I started training with kettlebells. In total, my transformation was a 30 pound weight loss. I have lean and toned muscle which keeps me on track by helping me burn more calories all day long. But way more importantly, I feel great in my clothes, I can pick up my daughter with ease and I feel sexy and confident every single day. It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say it has changed my life and I can’t wait to show you how it can change yours.
