I’ve learned this the hard way:
weight management without a WHY is exhausting.
I used to think motivation would come from results —
the scale, the mirror, the compliments.
But those things fade.
The real shift happened when I asked a deeper question:
Who am I becoming through this process?
For me, it’s about:
– Energy instead of burnout
– Mastery instead of extremes
– Health that supports my purpose and my family
When the why is clear, consistency stops feeling forced.
