• Avoid undercooked turkey, raw batter, and unpasteurized cheeses

• Stay hydrated throughout the day
• Choose festive, non-alcoholic drinks
• Rest when you need to (and skip the heavy lifting!)
• If traveling, take stretching breaks and plan ahead
