Tremendous News for and community as well as for NY Patients. Treatment In Place. Kathy Hochul has signed into law new legislation to reimburse “Treatment in Place” which will hopefully enable a proliferation of opportunities for and to provide alternatives to transport to a busy department and offer with followup instead. This helps move us closer to realizing the vision of the project and helps link EMS finance to value (rather than transportation) as called for by the nearly 30 years ago.
