Hair oils probably won’t regrow your hair. Swipe to see what the science actually says. ➡️

Hair oils have been used for centuries...and they can absolutely enhance how your hair looks and feels.

But promoting hair quality is not the same as treating hair loss.

Here’s the clinical reality:

✅ Hair oils can improve softness, shine, and reduce breakage
✅ Some oils (like coconut oil) may help strengthen the hair shaft

But...
❌ They do NOT reliably stimulate new hair growth
❌ They do NOT reverse follicle miniaturization
