Acupuncture works to improve existing conditions through directly addressing the body's imbalances to create lasting change, to navigate old adaptations to health conditions, and to encourage organs to function better. Symptoms begin to lessen while you notice improvements in movement, energy, sleep, digestion, mood, perspective, and spirits.
