Major life changes come with big emotions. ⛈️

Cycling through waves of sadness, anger, fear, relief, numbness, hope is normal. ❤️‍🩹

If you’re in a season of change, here’s what I want you to know:
👉Your emotions aren’t a sign you’re doing it wrong. They’re information.
👉Grief can show up even when the change is “good.”
👉Anger often protects a deeper hurt (loss, betrayal, disappointment, exhaustion).
👉Fear doesn’t mean “don’t do it.” It often means “this matters.”
👉Feeling conflicted is normal. You can miss what was and still move forward.

What is it trying to protect or point to?
What would support look like in the next 24 hours?

Grateful for each session I was able to hold space and offer support.
