This pilot randomized controlled trial compared prolonged exposure therapy versus psychoeducation for patients with both Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures (PNES) and PTSD. The results add another valuable tool to our treatment options and bring real hope for better outcomes in people living with both conditions.
