Last week I shared that I was selected as one of the 2026 Honorees for The Honor Series, and the messages, encouragement, and love I received meant more than I can say.

This recognition is not just about me. It represents the many women who choose healing, growth, and courage even when life asks them to rebuild from the ground up.

The Honor Series is a space where stories like these are shared, witnessed, and celebrated. It’s a reminder that the journeys we walk, especially the difficult ones, often become the very paths that allow us to serve others.

I’m also deeply grateful for the organizations that supported my journey along the way. Being a graduate of and helped shape the entrepreneur and leader I am today.

I’m grateful to stand alongside incredible women whose work is creating impact in their communities and beyond.

I’m honored to be selected as one of the 2026 Honorees for The Honor Series.

To receive this recognition feels deeply personal because it reflects a journey that was not always graceful or easy. There was a time when I was rebuilding my life from the ground up, surviving domestic violence, navigating a major health scare, questioning my worth and my future. To now be honored for the very work that was born from those seasons feels full circle.

My work bridges nervous system healing and entrepreneurship, grounded in the belief that when someone feels safe within themselves, everything shifts. My why is simple and sacred: I have lived the transformation that happens when safety replaces survival, and I am devoted to creating spaces where others can experience that shift too.

A defining turning point in my life was choosing to heal instead of harden. Choosing therapy, choosing spiritual grounding, choosing to build businesses from integrity instead of fear. That choice changed everything.

Standing in spaces like this reminds me that when women are seen, heard, and celebrated, we all rise.

🌸 Life in the Pause Festival — NYC Recap 🌸

This weekend I had the beautiful honor of offering a sound bath experience for the Life in the Pause Festival in NYC, a space devoted to honoring women in the powerful transitions of midlife, menopause, and beyond.

My heart is full of gratitude for my dear friend Dixie and her business partner Monique - the visionary women behind this sacred venture of ❤️

Their intention to create community through support, shared experience, information, and encouragement is something the world deeply needs.

It was such a joy to reconnect with familiar faces from last year, women who have become part of this growing circle of sisterhood and to meet new ones who instantly felt like soul family.

There’s something truly special about being surrounded by women who see, honor, and celebrate each other in all stages of life. It’s a reminder that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in community.

Thank you to everyone who paused, listened, took a breath, and received during my sound bath. You reminded me that even in our stillness, there’s movement, and even in our pause, there’s power.

Here’s to community, connection, and the courage to rest into who we’re becoming!

We are offering 5 full scholarships for Reclamation & Radiance – The R&R Program, a 12-week body-based healing experience designed for women who have survived abusive relationships—and are still navigating the aftershocks in their body, breath, and sense of self.

This program is for the woman who:
-Left the relationship, but still feels the trauma in her nervous system
-Feels tension or like she’s lost her sense of self
-Gives to everyone else, but struggles to feel fully alive or free

Inside Reclamation & Radiance, participants are guided through:

✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Somatic movement & breathwork
✨ Group Reiki + guided reflection
✨ A return to softness, safety, and self-expression

Self-love isn't just bubble baths and chocolate treats. It's about digging deep and truly getting to know yourself. 🌱 It's about saying 'I'm worthy' even when your past tries to convince you otherwise. It’s checking in with yourself and logging those inner thoughts and emotions. And trust me, it's not always a walk in the park. But it's worth it for the peace and acceptance you'll find. 🕊️

It’s ok to feel emotional.

Never feel the need to apologize for being sensitive or emotional. It's a beautiful reflection of your heart, and a brave act to let the world see it.

Embracing your emotions is a true act of love and self-care.

How many of us were told to hold back our tears or emotions because it was viewed as a sign of weakness? Vulnerability is actually our superpower.

So if you are fighting tears, let it flow. If you are feeling emotional, embrace it and feel the feelings.

For too long, I held back those tears. I put up a wall that I thought could not be broken. But like every strong foundation, tiny cracks happen.

In my case, multiple cases of traumatic experience big and small continually damaged my foundation until it came crashing down. Although I found my freedom in that crash, I would have wanted to experience this freedom in a more gentle way.

You see healing can come in all strengths. The longer you fight it, the harder it is to recover.

I know that feeling of emptiness and brokenness each morning. I fought it for years until I found out how to heal and how to manage on a daily basis.

I help others find their own way of healing by creating a space where they can find freedom in releasing and renewing.
