How Covid 19 Changes Our Sleep.
Someone sent me this article on how Covid affects us on an emotional as well as physical level. And it's not good news. As someone who specializes in helping people sleep I've been seeing all this--the brain fog, hyper anxiety, depression--and insomnia in COVID survivors. This article delves into the issue, and interestingly enough suggests hypnotherapy as a possible answer. Some Solutions for Bedwetting:
Have your child get involved helping to change the sheets in a non-judgmental way.
If the mattress is wet, have them move to a sleeping bag instead of mom and dad’s bed.
It’s possible your child’s bladder has not developed enough to ‘carry the load’ overnight and he will outgrow it in his own time.
