TURN OFF THE NOISE
One of the gifts of the last few months was I got to spend a lot of time in deep reflection. It was necessary, as it was a very stressful period in my life. I found that minimizing noise in my life (both external and internal) supported me in a big way.
Stress management and anxiety is real. Take advantage of moments to check in with what your spirit needs to thrive.
Here are a few actions you can take to keep your vibes flyin high in turbulent times👇🏾
🔹Meditation - one of the best ways to raise your vibration and consciousness. Start with 5-10 mins! 🧘🏽♂️
🔹Morning walk/run- Get outside. Soak in some fresh air and Vitamin D. Aim for 10,000 steps a day. It goes a long way toward your mental and physical health. 🏃🏾
🔹Connect with loved ones - Give a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while a call, send someone you appreciate a letter, give to those you care about. If you’re like me, hugs and cuddles go a LONG way 🤗
🔹Gratitude - It’s called the 🔑 to enduring happiness. Presence is the doorway that leads to it. Connect to it daily. Keeps you in appreciation for what you HAVE right now.❤️
