Anytime throughout my life that I’ve achieved solid results, it was due to being on a structured plan that I followed for 8-12 weeks, and stuck to consistently.

If you’ve been lifting weights for some time and generally feel like you’re in a rut, or have been meandering with no real plan, and not seeing results - here are some variables you can work with to switch things up.

It’s not about going from 0-100, or even 50-100. That’s not sustainable.

What are 1-2 things you can add or shift NOW to create some movement?

Spontaneous laughter just because is the 6th way you can add joy to your life. I highly recommend 😆

We live in heavy times, and we all get to nourish our spirit. Believe it or not you can access joy from within you at any moment.

How do our thoughts impact what’s possible for us?✨✨

Being healthy goes far beyond good nutrition and exercise. It’s also about mental health, mindfulness and being aware of our thoughts, behaviors and how we are interpreting the world around us.

What you think about yourself and the world around you manifests into your experience of your life. We literally create our lives based on the narrative -or story- that we live from.

What you think, you become.

Something to ponder- consider it a lil homework assignment: Start really paying attention to your thoughts, and start asking yourself, “Does this thought (or the way I’m seeing it) serve and empower me? Does it limit or create possibilities?”

If the answer is no, then what would? Are you even aware you have a choice?

What’s something you can replace that disempowering thought with that will actually affirm you and lift your energy?

What’s possible or not possible in our lives is 💯 up to the narrative we live from.

TURN OFF THE NOISE

One of the gifts of the last few months was I got to spend a lot of time in deep reflection. It was necessary, as it was a very stressful period in my life. I found that minimizing noise in my life (both external and internal) supported me in a big way.

Stress management and anxiety is real. Take advantage of moments to check in with what your spirit needs to thrive.

Here are a few actions you can take to keep your vibes flyin high in turbulent times👇🏾

🔹Meditation - one of the best ways to raise your vibration and consciousness. Start with 5-10 mins! 🧘🏽‍♂️

🔹Morning walk/run- Get outside. Soak in some fresh air and Vitamin D. Aim for 10,000 steps a day. It goes a long way toward your mental and physical health. 🏃🏾

🔹Connect with loved ones - Give a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while a call, send someone you appreciate a letter, give to those you care about. If you’re like me, hugs and cuddles go a LONG way 🤗

🔹Gratitude - It’s called the 🔑 to enduring happiness. Presence is the doorway that leads to it. Connect to it daily. Keeps you in appreciation for what you HAVE right now.❤️

Hey friends! In this moment, I’m just super grateful for all of the blessings God has bestowed upon me.

My mom is healing rapidly from the injuries from her car accident.

I am healthy, able bodied, and thriving.

Living my life on purpose, supporting leaders to step outside of their limiting narratives and experience the fullness of Life.

Decide what kind of life you want and who you get to be to have it, and say no to all the thoughts that aren’t congruent with that. ❤️
