POV: You’re on your way to our office in Grand Central.

Last April, we moved from Times Square to Grand Central Terminal, and the commute hasn’t gotten old once.

Every morning, you walk into one of the most incredible transit hubs in the world. The energy hits you right away. Commuters locked in and heading to their 9am. Tourists standing still, looking up at the ceiling and the iconic clock in the center for the first time. That mix of routine and wonder is very New York. We love that every day starts in a place that feels bigger than just an office.

We do LIVE events, Galas and Award shows...from the first client and guest arrival to the final applause, we’re capturing it all.

At Red Summit, event coverage isn’t just about pointing a camera at a stage. It’s about capturing the full experience. We’re live when you need us live; at the same time, we’ve got cameras moving through the room, documenting the arrivals, the handshakes, the quick conversations, and the moments in between.

We thrive for putting the final film together because it shows the energy, the intention, and the thought behind a well-planned experience we crafted together with the client. And none of it happens without our team working in sync to make sure the final result truly reflects what the event felt like in the room.

If you’ve got something coming up this year, whether it’s a large-scale gala or an internal gathering, we’re ready.

Pulling off a dual-format livestream takes a lot of focus.

For the , we ran two simultaneous shows: one for horizontal screens and one for vertical feeds. That meant two full production switchers, setups, monitors, and camera teams all working together. Huge credit to our hard-working crew!

On Super Bowl Sunday, we were at Lawn Club NYC down in the Seaport producing a livestream for 400 Conejos’ first-ever Bunny Bowl.

6 cameras.
3 operators.
Streaming to YouTube and Instagram, 16:9 and 9:16 simultaneously.

From mapping out camera positions and locking in rehearsals to capturing every bunny race (and the debut of the “No Bueno Bunny”), we were there from setup through activation. We covered each bunny pair and hosts TravQue and Jamila Mustafa, keeping the energy high all the way through.

We are so grateful to be a part of this project on one of the biggest sports days of the year and for a great cause. Check out to see the full recap.

New York is movement.
It’s early morning subways, Midtown meetings, and creative sessions held across ten city blocks. In this city, motion doesn’t drain you, it sharpens you.

It’s the ultimate training ground for turning raw ambition into powerful narratives. It keeps you sharp. It keeps you humble. And if you let it, it makes you better.

That energy is what shapes Red Summit. It’s our team: the producers, creatives, and crew, who bring that pace, grit, and clarity to every project. It’s what makes us who we are.

Big agencies were built for scale.
But right now? Speed and adaptability win.

Next week, we’re hosting a live webinar with the team at Five Eighty to dig into the real conversation: big agency vs. small agency and what that actually means for budgets, agility, ex*****on, and outcomes.

We all do it, we live in NYC and forget the outdoors are a hop & skip away...or for Melissa Goodwin it’s a train ride away.

In collaboration with Cache_Seven and Adventure Society we helped bring Girl Gotta Hike’s There and Back Again trips to life. This guided hike starts at Grand Central Terminal, takes the Metro-North Railroad to Garrison, and drops you right at the trailhead. Designed for busy schedules, first steps, and anyone who just needs a nudge to step outside.

Melissa Goodwin has put in the miles on the Appalachian Trail, and she’s built these trips for people who want to get outside but don’t always know where to start.

Sometimes you just need someone to say, “Meet me at Grand Central.”

Last week I spent three days with Jesse Itzler in Atlanta for a Public Speaking course and it was fantastic. No slides, no memorizing, just raw guts, nerves and more importantly...being yourself. “Why is this important” was a major theme. We learned techniques on how body language and staying calm can change the direction of your speech. We also brought it back to the basics on how to engage an audience.

As I went through the course, I kept seeing parallels to the company I’ve been running for the past 15 years.
If you’re going to stand in front of a room and tell a story, you need to know your audience. The same is true in business. Before we pitch a project, send an email, or propose a creative direction at Red Summit, we take the time to understand who we’re talking to and what matters to them. Without that, even the best ideas fall flat.

While I won’t be headlining MSG as a Keynote speaker just yet, should I get the call I am one step closer to feeling ready, as being myself and telling a story of what matters most.

Finding warmth in the archives today, thinking about sunny days on set during these cold winter days in the city.

One of the best parts of what we do is getting to produce stories in so many different places. From Miami to Puerto Rico to Italy, and more. We stay closely connected with an incredible network of freelancers around the world, building teams that feel seamless wherever we land.

We’ll happily take the sunshine when it comes, but in the meantime, we’re grateful for the work, the people, and the projects that keep us moving forward, no matter the season.

At Red Summit, our work is just beginning when the plan is approved; it carries through to the live moment.

In addition to our production and post-production work, we support livestreams from technical planning through real-time ex*****on, keeping things seamless for the audience in person and online. Whether it’s a six-hour livestream on AI or an internal corporate event, we build workflows that are designed to adapt.

From Canada to Chicago to NYC, we bring the same approach.

If live streaming is on your roadmap this year, let’s connect.

Filming at Bousquet Mountain meant stepping into a space that was already buzzing with skiers and snowboarders moving through the lodge, kids gearing up with their parents, longtime locals catching up between runs.

A family-friendly, community-driven mountain with kind staff, beautiful slopes, and tubing lanes in full swing.

For our team, conducting interviews in an open lodge while the mountain kept moving made for a dynamic day on set staying flexible, present, and in sync.

Work came first… but the slopes were definitely calling.
