Every girl deserves more than just growing up — she deserves guidance, dignity, and understanding.💞

As young girls begin their menstrual journey, many are confused, unprepared, and sometimes ashamed. That’s why initiatives like "Pad a Girl" are not just important, they are necessary. Education replaces fear, and access restores confidence.

Let's do more.

To support, kindly reach us:

03/19/2026

Let’s help spread hope and education to young girls about their menstrual cycle. 💜

Many of these girls are experiencing it for the first time and feel confused, so we took time to educate them and provide sanitary pads.

We hope to reach even more girls, and we believe your support will go a long way.

03/18/2026

God gives the vision, but people help bring it to life.

At Relume Foundation, our Cycle of Dignity initiative is committed to restoring confidence and dignity to young girls. Through this project, we provide sanitary pads to girls who cannot afford them and educate them on menstrual health, hygiene, and self-confidence.

For many girls, period poverty means missing school, feeling ashamed, or lacking the right information about their bodies. Cycle of Dignity is our way of changing that story—one girl, one conversation, and one act of support at a time.

Your support helps us provide pads, deliver education, and create safe spaces where girls can learn, grow, and thrive.

Kindly scan the barcode to donate or reach us via President@relumefoundation.org to support this cause.

Together, we can ensure that no girl loses her dignity because of her period. 💗

03/16/2026

Relume Foundation is coming to Abeokuta High School to address period poverty, educate young girls on menstrual health, and ensure every girl can manage her period with dignity and confidence.
Because no girl should miss opportunities because of her period.
