WIC Program at Mount Sinai Morningside and Mount Sinai West

WIC supports pregnant individuals, those caring for infants, and kids under 5 with healthy food, nutrition tips breastfeeding help and referrals from community partners. The New York State WIC Program has many partners in the community and has worked hard to develop relationships with a variety of other social service programs. The strong referral network that exist between WIC and other programs helps improve the quality of participant's lives and helps them achieve healthier lifestyles. The purpose of this site is to promote New York State WIC Program services to the

Risk factors, including smoking, sedentary lifestyles, dietary patterns, diabetes, being overweight and obesity contribute to the development of heart disease.
