🤔Should kids go on a diet or… not?

❗️This is a very controversial topic.

👋On one hand, we are all afraid of eating disorders and rightfully so since they do exist

👋But on the other hand should we just ignore when a kid is overweight and isn’t being healthy?

❓Is there a difference between the kid approaching the parent about this versus the other way around?

✅ To date we have worked with over 3,000 kids. Our approach is wholesome, kid friendly, not judgmental and health and habit oriented versus diet.

✨I’m confident in our methods and so are the many pediatricians who refer to us.

But the debate will always be a debate.

Canned Vegetables

Canned vegetables are affordable and convenient, so it's no wonder every home has a kitchen cabinet with a few rows of canned goods. When it comes to dieting, the main issue is that most canned vegetables contain added sugars and/or salt. The good news is that there are lots of no-added-sugar and salt-free options available. Stick to those next time you shop for canned goods, and make sure to drain before eating.
