..how many years you have been teaching..what your content area is..if you are SpEd or GenEd, Arts, Electives, etc...what age group you teach..if you are charter, private, public, or religious..if you have a Master's degree..if you are not certified

What does matter is...
..connecting with like-minded educators..a curated safe space for folks to feel comfortable..affordable fees/payment plans or use of insurance (NY only)..a facilitator who is a licensed clinical social worker with 10+ years of experience in schools..creating healthy boundaries..manifesting work/life balance..minimizing anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, and stress
