Palm Gardens Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation We also have an on-site Dialysis Center for both in-patient and out-patient services.

Palm Gardens provides a multi-disciplinary medical treatment to senior citizens who need specialized care post-hospital admission or when faced with health complexities that are difficult to manage in their home/community environment. We offer an array of services that include Respiratory Care, Post-Hospital Sub-acute Rehabilitation, Tracheostomy Care, Palliative Care, and an array of services available that may be required post-hospitalization.

The Palm Gardens team is dedicated to helping our residents feel safe, taken care of, and right at home!
