Our patient and colleague, a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation expert, presented with incapacitating leg pain and numbness that had gotten so severe that he became unable to work. He underwent neurologic decompression and circumferential fusion. At less than a year out, he is back to caring for his patients and skiing with his family!
