About a year ago, the doctor said I won’t be able to run unless I do this procedure and there was no guarantees that after the procedure running would resume.

Happy Saturday Fit Friends!!

Last year when I ran this 5k I came 3rd in my age group. This year was different as I was able to coach a friend and client to finish her first race and first ever 5k.

Her goal was to finish in 1 hour 15 minutes with some walking but with a little coaching and push she was able to finish it in 44 minutes.

We also met a woman named Stella who thought she wouldn’t be able to finish, since she haven’t ran in years. But she ran with us and was able to stay motivated to finish.

Here’s what she said “ It was great meeting both you and Felicia! I believe you’re the reason I finished the race because I walked in doubting I could. You are an amazing motivator and the instructions on how to tackle the run were spot on.” Stella

Super proud of our CC life group team. David got a second place for his age group.
