Knee pain SUCKS! 😩

Arthritis, meniscus tears, tendonitis, or bursitis is nothing to fear! Especially if you’re doing something to combat those issues and give your knees the JUICY support they need! 👊

And no, you don’t need shots/injections to take care of it ❤️

This move is great for improving range of motion AND strengthening muscles in the upper leg and calf that can provide more support to the knee, REGARDLESS of the issues I mentioned above 🕺🏻

So give this move a try 🥳 Take your time and go slow!

Heat?! Ice?! Which do we use?!🔥🧊

If you wait until the end, you’ll even hear my Roomba agree with my thoughts 😂

Patients always ask me, should I ice it or put a hot pack on…. And honestly…. It really doesn’t matter ⬇️

I’ve had people use heat and loved it and people used cold packs and loved that too (for similar injuries) and what it really comes down to is:
How does it feel for YOU?! ❤️

Heat brings better “blood flow” but so does cold so it really just depends on what you and your body prefer 🕺🏻
-
For example, I prefer the sweat and tears of my enemies. But, you know, to each their own 😂

Point being, use what you like and that’s what will help you! 🤗

I can’t stand the sleep police 🚔😴

Don’t sleep on your stomach, don’t sleep on your back. Prop yourself up with 23 pillows and you’ll be fine….

The only people that should be concerned with sleep positions are those with acid reflux, post-surgery, during pregnancy, certain hypermobile conditions, and that’s about it…. 🕺🏻

You should sleep whichever way makes you COMFORTABLE and allows for restful sleep! 🤩

So if you’re a side/stomach hybrid sleeper like me, or a stomach sleeper, or any other, as long as you don’t have your legs up a wall, ENJOY!! ❤️

Only one more day! 🫢
