If guilt had calories, we’d all be over our daily limit.

Feeling bad about what you eat doesn’t make your choices healthier—it just makes your relationship with food more complicated. One meal, one snack, one day… it’s not the problem. The pattern matters, not the moment.

Let go of the guilt. Keep the awareness. Move on.

Because the healthiest approach to eating is one you can actually live with.

Nutrition advice has gotten… a little overwhelming.

But most of the time, you don’t need to:
– overanalyze every ingredient
– fear every packaged food
– or spend 10 minutes decoding a label

Start simple:
Look at the basics — fiber, protein, added sugar — and move on.
Because eating well shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.

Is there information on a food label that confuses you?

Episode 69 of The Keri Report, “Keeping Your Mouth Shut in Regards to Other People’s Health & Body,” is honestly one we all need to hear. 🎙️

During this episode, I break down when it’s appropriate to offer guidance about someone’s health… and when it’s better to stay quiet (even with the people closest to you). I also shares 5 helpful ways to point others toward credible information, if they’re actually asking for it.

Plus, I touch on why comments about someone’s body, no matter how well-meaning, can have a lasting impact.

Bottom line: if they didn’t ask, they probably don’t need your opinion.

Listen now and share with someone who could use this reminder 🤍

Vacation is not a test you need to pass. It’s a chance to step out of your routine, enjoy new experiences, and yes—eat foods you don’t have every day.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s balance over time.

Some meals will be more indulgent, others naturally lighter—and that’s exactly how it should be.
Eat what you love. Include what makes you feel good. And most importantly, enjoy it without overthinking every bite.

Because one vacation won’t derail your health—but stressing about it just might take away from the experience. ✈️🍽️

Did you know many Americans don’t get enough fiber in their diets?

The good news: adding more fiber doesn’t have to be complicated—small, simple changes can go a long way.

Here are 5 easy ways to boost your intake:
✔️ Add berries or banana to your breakfast
✔️ Choose whole grain bread, pasta, or rice
✔️ Toss beans or lentils into salads or soups
✔️ Snack on nuts, seeds, or popcorn
✔️ Add veggies to meals whenever you can

Fiber supports digestion, heart health, and helps keep you full—so it’s worth paying attention to.

Because let’s be honest—life isn’t calm and controlled most of the time.

There are busy days, last-minute plans, travel, stress, and everything in between. And your eating habits have to be able to flex with that.

The goal isn’t to follow a plan perfectly.

It’s to build something that still works on your busiest, messiest days.

That’s what makes it sustainable.

Every year, the Environmental Working Group releases the “Dirty Dozen”—a list of fruits and vegetables said to have the highest pesticide residues.

And every year, it creates a lot of unnecessary fear around foods that are actually safe and nutritious.

Because this topic comes up again and again, we’re resharing Episode 50 of The Keri Report—it’s just that important.

In this episode, I’m joined by Tamika Sims, Ph.D., to break it all down:
✔️ Organic vs. conventional farming
✔️ Natural vs. synthetic pesticides
✔️ What the research actually says
✔️ Why you don’t need to avoid produce because of this list

Bottom line: eating fruits and vegetables—organic or conventional—is one of the best things you can do for your health.

If it doesn’t fit into your real life, it’s not sustainable—and that’s where most plans fall apart.

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s consistency with habits you can actually maintain.

Small, realistic changes will always beat an “all or nothing” approach.

Spring Break Travel Tip ✈️🌸
Your best anti-aging tool on vacation might not be a serum… it’s sleep.

Travel can throw off your routine fast — early flights, time changes, late dinners, different beds — and your body feels it. Lack of sleep doesn’t just affect your energy, it can impact your skin, appetite, mood, and even how well your immune system functions.
If you’re traveling this spring, try to protect your sleep as much as you can. Stay hydrated and don’t feel bad about turning in early instead of squeezing in one more activity.

Vacation is supposed to help you feel better — not more exhausted.

Bloating is everywhere in the media… but the advice? Not always helpful.

In Episode 61 of The Keri Report, I spoke with GI dietitian Tamara Duker Freuman about why the idea of “flat belly foods” doesn’t really make sense — and why figuring out the cause of bloating matters more than cutting random foods.

We cover:
✔️ Why one-size-fits-all fixes don’t work
✔️ The biggest fiber mistake people make
✔️ What your body may actually be trying to tell you

If you’ve ever felt bloated even when you’re eating healthy, this episode is for you.

As we head into spring, this is your reminder that small habits matter more than seasonal cleanses. 🌷

Eat something green, add some protein, drink some water… and don’t worry, your morning coffee isn’t the problem. ☕️
