Every injector has a different aesthetic philosophy, so finding the right fit matters. My approach focuses on enhancing what already exists rather than building new structures or changing someone’s natural features.

The goal is always to restore balance in a way that feels soft and authentic. Interested in learning more? Send us a DM to set up a consultation.

Daily habits look a little different with multiple kids and a full schedule, so I stick to the basics and a routine I can count on no matter what. And on surgery days (my favorite 🙌), I always make sure to sneak in a little extra fuel and caffeine.

When I meet patients who appears over-filled or when filler no longer looks natural, the conversation starts with perspective. We look at past photos to understand their baseline and decide whether waiting, dissolving, or subtle adjustments make the most sense.

Good aesthetic care means knowing when less is more. If you’re looking for honest guidance, we’re here to help you create a plan that feels right for you.

A deep plane facelift and neck lift allows us to address facial aging in a way that looks natural because it respects underlying anatomy.

The outcome shown here reflects subtle refinement, improved contour, and a smoother transition through the neck and jaw, without looking altered.

I like to keep my Botox very natural so I still have movement and expression. While many providers treat themselves, I strongly believe Botox is best done by another trained injector since you need that full 3D perspective.

We all have trusted colleagues we rely on, mine just happens to be my sister. 😉

I feel especially honored when patients trust me with reconstructive care that carries so much personal history.

For instance, a patient came to me after living with the effects of a traumatic accident for many years, ready to invest in herself for the first time.

Being part of her reconstructive journey has been both humbling and incredibly rewarding.

More patients are asking about fat transfers, especially while using GLP 1 medications, and timing is an important part of the conversation.

We generally find that waiting until the weight has stabilized allows for more predictable healing and longer-lasting results.

When done at the right time, fat transfer can restore volume in a way that feels subtle, soft, and true to the individual.

Collagen doesn’t disappear overnight, but it does decline steadily over time. When you begin skin-tightening procedures early (especially in the lower face and neck), you build on a foundation of strong collagen, leading to more noticeable and longer-lasting results.

Botox, microneedling, and peels can delay the need for surgery if started during your skin’s most responsive years.

Not sure what your collagen status is? Tell us your age, and we’ll talk timing.

I get this question a lot: what’s the difference between a ponytail lift and an endoscopic brow lift?

Even though they sometimes use the same incision, they’re totally different procedures. A brow lift targets only the brow, while a ponytail lift tunnels deeper to lift the midface too.

But the ponytail lift is really only appropriate for someone with very minimal signs of aging, think Anne Hathaway-level minimal.

What’s your take on these procedures? Let’s chat in the comments.
