Full body🔥 with the TRX. Five moves for total body strength. 1. ASSISTED PULL-UP:Works back & lats. Start directly under TRX with arms straight and legs bent. Pull chest toward the handles. 2. TRICEP EXTENSIONS; Targets triceps. Keep elbows tucked and high. Engage core and slowly lower forehead towards hands. 3. HAMSTRING CURLS: Works glutes and hammies, core too! Put heels in handles with hips high. Keep hips from sagging as you pull heels towards glutes. 4. CHEST PRESS: targets chest and shoulders. It’s a floating pushup. Don’t arch back! 5.
