Message for you 4/27
When was the last time you stopped, paused and just admired a flower? Any flower? Really admired, paid attention to color, texture, petal details, leaf details, stem, and marveled over nature’s simple creation? It’s not simple. To try to appreciate the flower should take as much time as it took that flower to become a beautiful flower. Just try to imagine what I had to happen from a seed. Then think about how long the process took. It didn’t happen overnight. The changes occurred overtime. Nature has gestation period. You, your life has just gestation period. So if you’re rushing, not paying attention, not taking your time to pause, use this as a gentle reminder that “nature doesn’t rush yet everything it’s accomplished.”

As above, so below. Creatures of this planet do not have rules, books, agreements, they are not bound by anything but nature. Humans are exactly the same. But out of the need for power and control we created rules, books, agreement we have to obey. We can function in this world in accordance to nature, but we also would have to treat nature as our home. Not taking advantage of her all the time. The true freedom is simply being able to exist as you. These creatures don’t compare their home, environment, their looks or abilities. They simply accept them because they are all part of the same whole.

There is always something that stands out. Pay attention to what it is. If it’s something that doesn’t feel good, you have work to do to reverse it. If it’s something that feels really good, give that one thing you’re undivided attention. The Law of Attraction will take care of everything you give your focus to. Energy flows where attention goes. You may be always looking for a perfection, but it is the variety, mix, complexion of everything that makes you YOU. The good, the bad, the ugly. It is all there, in every single one of us. We are humans, living this human experience, with variety, choices, data, and so much information. Your life shaped you to who you are today. Perfectly imperfect. You are whole. And it’s the good, bad and ugly that makes you YOU! The whole package. And your job is to focus on the good, don’t resist the bad, and accept the ugly. The more you fight those aspects of you you don’t like, the more dominant they will become in your frequency and then your life. Accept you for all that you are. Perfectly imperfect!

What is normal and accepted in your society may seem like a weird thing to another society. But the question for you is do you conform? Do you beat yourself up to play by the rules? Why? You think the society will pat you on the back because you’re a good human? No, it won’t, because society doesn’t care, it cares about status, rules, order of the collective.. Which one are you? Showing up as you OR showing up as someone else just to be accepted in your society? Your beliefs can work in your society. You can still feel in your society. Your feelings are still valid in your society. You can be yourself in your society…Just understand that what is expected of you may not be what is best for you. As long as you are loving, caring, giving, sharing individual, that is enough. You have an amazing potential that is way more important than what your society wants from you.

Everything starts from a tiny seed. A tree will grow from a seed, producing more seeds. The seed needs to be cared for, loved and nourished. Your mind is no different. Thoughts are like those seeds. What type of seed do you tend to in your mind? Do you nourish seeds/thoughts of love, joy, courage or do you nourish seeds/thoughts of fear, anger, doubt?

Feb 23 - Message for you (this one got me!)

Everything is relative. You live different reality than your neighbor. It’s your world, it is your truth, yet it’s completely different than how your neighbor lives, what he thinks. Your mind is so powerful. The question is - do you use it to your advantage? Or do you allow society to sway your mind to perceive the same reality as your society? There is a certain comfort in knowing someone else thinks like you, and it validates you but be brave in thinking for yourself. Do you have courage to share your opinion without expecting any judgment? Do you accept other opinions? At the end of the day, you are filtering data, information. You don’t have to add emotional charge to any data analysis. Use your emotions to have fun and live your life to the fullest!
