A sage friend recently reminded me that an essential aspect of recovery is rest, and truth be told sometimes I find that to be difficult. Down shifting and being quiet and still so I can be more present is truly an act of intimacy, and I'm still working on a more intimate relationship with myself. ✨🩷✨

Last week I attended the 2026 HER (Honor. Empower. Reset) Retreat hosted by J. Flowers Health Institute. It's amazing how quickly connection forms when women gather to support one another in being vulnerable, curious, and courageous. The keynote speakers shared incredible stories which inspired all of us to reveal ourselves more fully.
With their tireless planning and curated programming, Gabi Deambrosio and Claudia Schwarz ushered us all to a better place. 💫✨ What a lucky bunch we were.
