Healthy snack option!

Chiggoa beets known as “candy cane” or “bulls eye” beets. This dip is so easy to make!
🔥Roast Butternut Squash tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper.
When baked, add to food processor, add Tahini, salt, water (just a tablespoon or two) cumin and spice of your choice.
Puree and serve.

In the quiet moments between clients, I’ll often unroll my mat and take a few minutes to practice.

I’ve learned that yoga doesn’t have to be long to be meaningful. Even a short practice counts.

As my teacher says:
“You have to move the joints every day.” 🤍

See if today, you can do a couple of rounds of sun salutations or pick one of two of your favorite postures and sit longer in them. Breathe. 🧘‍♀️
