I was so excited to get my order from Fattoria di Bagnolo. Olive oil is spectacular and the wine will have to wait until after the cleanse. I excitedly made my cod and squash lunch drizzled with delicious olive oil but after one bite the smell and taste of ammonia killed that excitement. pretty gross fish. Never again. Then David saved the day with a yummy salmon dinner from his Alaskan catch. Loved it.
