There’s a moment in the life of a retreat

This work is not about unconscious movement or repetition.
And it isn’t “ gentle” in the way people expect.

Slowing down, requires effort, attention, and honesty.

We use sensation as information - not something to chase.
If someone wants automatic movement or intensity, without awareness, this isn’t the right practice.

This work teach - and it sets a boundary.

Fascia Yoga slows the practice down so the body can re-organize from the inside, rather than repeating unconscious patterns.
