We see patients with a variety of goals—some who desire fuller volume, and others who simply want a natural enhancement that complements their body’s curves.

With transaxillary breast augmentation using an endoscope, we’re able to conceal the incision within the natural creases of the armpit, leaving the breasts themselves scarless. In this case, we placed 250 cc silicone implants through the armpit, achieving results that look natural, balanced, and beautifully proportioned to her slim frame.
