Around this time of year something shifts in me. It’s like my internal compass suddenly points toward what’s next. It’s also because, according to Chinese metaphysics, the universal energy for each of us is already starting to shift from this year to the next.

So while everyone’s easing into cozy season, I’m strategizing. Not because I’m a workaholic (well, maybe a little bit), but because I want to rest when it’s darker and colder out.

Through the years, I’ve learned that the months before winter hold a very specific kind of power. It’s when you can still shape your direction before the world speeds up again in January after the holidays.

Big surprise this week.

I discovered I’d been featured in Architectural Digest!

I knew it was coming but didn’t realize it had already been published.

It’s such a beautifully written piece about Feng Shui and the way energy moves through our homes and lives.

This feels like a full-circle moment. After years of helping people transform their environments, it’s incredible to see this work reaching a wider audience :)

Who supports you when your energy feels off?

Something beautiful happened last week. My first Women’s Circle in Paris last Friday filled the room with real connection, tears, truth and ahas. This is a reminder that when one woman shifts, we all shift.

So many of us carry so much while still showing up, holding it together, and hoping things fall into place. But real transformation begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, to be seen, and to receive.

That’s what my Feng Shui work is about: creating environments and communities that support your energy, not drain it.

September has become my favorite reset.

The energy shifts, the air feels clearer, and suddenly the truth of what no longer fits becomes impossible to ignore.

I see it in homes, in work, in ALL relationships. We hold on long past the point of alignment because letting go feels uncertain.

But here’s what I’ve learned: the moment you release what’s outdated, the new has room to find you.

That’s what this month’s Feng Shui theme, *Let Go to Rise*, is really about. It’s not about clearing clutter or creating a perfect home. It’s about clearing energy and the invisible weight that keeps you circling the same patterns.
