NY Integrated Health assesses a person’s unique nutritional needs and addresses challenges in order to achieve optimal physiological function and exercise performance. Rika Keck specialized in vectorborne infections, assisting clients on wellness plans for symptoms associated with Lyme disease and other infections. In addition, environmental sickness associated with toxic mold is also address in her practice. Lab testing (blood, saliva, urine) might be required to address chronic sub-clinical imbalances. Why liver health matters….and it is not only about detox!

Think of the liver like the general of an army. It takes the command from the pineal gland to respond to circadian rhythm signals. Our ability to execute those signals depends to some extent on the health of our livers.

To "run with the Sun" make sure you "love your liver"!

Started teaching at U Gym, NYC.
Definitely put some pace into the class, got some sweat and heart rate going too, beside adding fun Pilates moves with a yoga block to mix it up.

Just opened two weeks ago, beautiful workmanship, fine-tuning, and gym community.
Very happy to be part of this non-corporate gym created by, one and only, David Barton.
