🧠💚 May is Mentally Health Awareness Month 💚🧠

We honor the importance of mental health and challenge the stigma that still surrounds it. Mental health is just as vital as physical health. It's OK not to be OK. It's OK to ask for help. It's OK to set boundaries, take breaks, and prioritize YOU.

Whether you're healing, holding spaces for others, or simply surviving. Please know that you're not alone. There's strength in your vulnerability and courage in your care.

Happy 4th Anniversary, Tillmon Behavioral Health Services LLC! ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Four years ago, my practice started with a mission to provide a safe space for healing, growth, and transformation. Since then, we have served over 230 clients and completed 5,000+ therapy sessions between myself & my former intern, Azia Carter. ♥️. PS I know my balloon looks like a 9, but it's a 4 lol

As the demand for mental health support grows, so does our need to expand and reach more individuals seeking therapy. Thank you to everyone who has trusted us on their journey - we're just getting started!✨️.
