“This body? It’s not broken. It’s sacred.”

Living with HIV changes your relationship with your body. There are days when it feels like a battleground
 but it’s also a place of healing, growth, and joy.

Today, I invite you to practice reverence.

Maybe it’s drinking more water, taking a nap, moving with love, or simply looking in the mirror and saying “Thank you.”

You don’t have to be perfect.

This is one of the hardest lessons I’ve learned in 20+ years of living with HIV. The voice in my head? It had the power to keep me sick—or to help me heal.

So today’s challenge is simple but profound:

💡 Notice what you’re saying to yourself.
Would you say it to your best friend?
If not, it doesn’t belong in your head.

“Motion is emotion. Move your body, shift your state.”

It doesn’t take a marathon. It takes momentum.
I’ve spent years learning how movement can clear pain, anger, fear, and fatigue—not just from the body, but from the soul.

Today’s challenge: Move on purpose.
Put on music. Go for a walk. Lift something. Stretch something.
Whatever it is—move with intention.

We don’t just shift our bodies when we move—we shift our state of being.

This is a huge blow to my community. I tried to become a Trevor hotline counselor and I couldn’t handle the training and responsibility that comes with this heavy position. People will die. This is not making America great again. I hate what we are becoming.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration announced Tuesday that the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline will no longer utilize its LGBTQ youth services, also known as the “Press 3 option,” effective July 17.

The agency said it will "no longer silo LGB+ youth services" — notably removing the "T" representing the trans community in the acronym — to "focus on serving all help seekers, including those previously served through the Press 3 option."

The Press 3 option rolled out as a pilot program in 2022 in a government contract with the Trevor Project, a su***de prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ people. Those in need of help would call 988 and be given the option to “press 3” to connect with counselors trained to assist people up to the age of 25.

This isn’t just a catchy quote—it’s my truth. After years of living with HIV and managing meds, it was food that truly began to heal me.
