You can definitely take a break but never ever quit. Once a quitter always a quitter.
The pandemic really took a toll on my mental health. I was extremely anxious and worrying, what if my youngest son gets COVID. The anxiety definitely led to eating unhealthy, which led to almost 20 pounds weight gain. I decided to take control and focus on my mental and physical health. These are my results from the end of July until this morning, -18 lbs. We all know sh*t happens but don’t allow yourself to quit on yourself.
