Knock… knock. It’s discipline.

This weekend I showed up — HYROX training .training and kept going with prep.

Because let’s be real… training isn’t for the weak.

You get tired.
Your body wants to quit.
Your mind starts negotiating.

But this is where you decide who you are.

I didn’t come this far to play small.
I came to build strength — mentally, physically, spiritually.

Movement is my medicine. Discipline is my devotion.

I stepped into a new chapter of my journey and became a coach — pushing my body, mind, and discipline in ways that stretched me.

Intense training.
Early mornings - late nights. Still studying. Sore muscles.
Doubt, discipline, and a whole lot of heart.

This journey reminded me that growth doesn’t happen when it’s convenient — it happens when you show up anyway. I’m officially a coach, and I’m so proud of the work it took to get here.

Grateful to be stepping into this next chapter with the incredible new team of coaches at [solidcore] Walt Whitman. We’re just getting started. 💙💙
