What’s going to happen in health and wellness in 2026. Here are some trends I see happening. Things are growing at a rapid rate and with so much investment. It’s now time where the companies with a good product and price will succeed and some will be push the side.

Health prevention and evaluation with be more popular than just treating illness and disease.

There will be more and more of personalized evaluation treatment, and less of the cookie cutter approach.

Some other topics that wouldn’t fit but I really exciting are: ovarian aging, new inflammation treatments and mastering your circadian rhythm.

We are learning that having dysfunctional circadian rhythm can lead to illness.

This starts when you wake up when you should get morning sunlight, elevate cortisol and be active. Many aspects of your health can worsen your circadian rhythm.

We are now leaning that not being exposed to infrared light can affect your mitochondria and disrupt the circadian rhythm rhythm.

Consider using technology like light boxes, red light therapy, and circadian light bulbs.
