You’ve felt it before.

That quiet nudge. That pause in your body before you said yes to something that felt like no. That moment right before you talked yourself out of what you actually needed.

That’s your knowing, love.

And here’s what I need you to understand: you’re always right. Before the doubt. Before the guilt. Before everybody else’s opinion shows up loud and uninvited.

The problem isn’t that you don’t know.

The problem is that you’ve been taught to distrust what you know.

You’ve been taught to second-guess it. Explain it. Water it down so it’s easier for everyone else to swallow.

But discernment starts here. Right here. Honoring what feels true before you let fear talk you out of it.

This month, we are getting rooted in that. Rooted in the voice that was always there, even when you silenced it.

What’s one thing your knowing has been trying to tell you lately?

Drop it in the comments. Or keep it between you and yourself. Either way, listen to it.

Your body has been trying to tell you something.

The tight jaw. The tension in your neck. The upset stomach. The shallow breath. These aren’t random; they’re messages.

Most of us are so used to carrying that we don’t even notice we’re holding anything anymore. It just becomes normal. Until it doesn’t.

Here’s a simple check-in: right now, as you’re reading this, are your shoulders up? Is your jaw clenched? Is your neck tight?

That awareness? That’s the beginning of healing.

When you’ve done the work, you don’t stop having hard moments. You just get better at catching yourself in them and choosing to release, on purpose.

That’s what it means to be on the other side.

If you’re ready to reconnect with your body and rebuild trust from the inside out, send me the word ROOTED and let’s talk.

Discernment isn’t a search. It’s a return.

You’re not trying to figure it out, you’re learning to trust the part of you that already knows.

That quiet pull? That’s not overthinking. That’s wisdom.

DM me the word DISCERN if you’re ready to stop second-guessing and start trusting yourself again.

You are not too emotional.
You are not overthinking.
You are not broken.

You may just be so used to overriding yourself that your inner knowing has gotten harder to hear.

That is what losing discernment can look like.
Not a lack of wisdom.
A pattern of self-abandonment.

And for many women, that pattern was survival.

Discernment is the work of learning what is true for you again.
What feels peaceful?
What feels forced.
What deserves a yes.
What requires a no.

Save this if you are learning to trust yourself again.

Most people are waiting for their lives to change, without changing anything.

And I get it. Unlearning a pattern isn’t pretty. It’s not a cute little mindset shift. It starts with the uncomfortable work of recognizing where you actually are, not where you wish you were, not where you used to be. Right here. Right now. This is the pattern. This is what’s running.

Then you ask yourself: Where do I want to go? What do I actually want for myself?

And you find the thread. That one thread that pulls you toward it.

Because here’s what I see, we’re not just disconnected from ourselves. We’re disconnected from life itself. So many people are walking through their days without really living them. Expecting things to be different while doing the exact same thing.

Your life will not change until you do.

Recognize where you are.
Decide where you’re going.
Find the thread.
Pull it. 🧵

What pattern are you ready to unlearn? Drop it in the comments. 👇🏽

She’s not just a healer, she’s a guide back to yourself.

This Tuesday, April 7th, at 3 PM est., I’m sitting down with Amaka ([](https://www.instagram.com/healwithamaka/)) for a conversation your body has been waiting for.

The Body Keeps the Score, But So Does Your Calendar: Recognizing Burnout Before It Breaks You.

If you’ve been pushing through exhaustion, numbing overwhelm, or wondering why rest no longer feels restful, this Live is for you.

Amaka specializes in Emotional Transformation, helping people release deeply rooted emotional patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves at a subconscious level. She brings wisdom that goes far beneath the surface because real healing doesn’t happen in the mind alone.

Together, we’ll explore what burnout looks and feels like in the body, why many of us don’t recognize it until we’re running on empty, and how to begin returning to yourself before the breakdown becomes unavoidable.

Your body has been sending signals. It’s time to listen.

🗓 Tuesday, April 7th 3:00 PM ET 📍 Instagram Live, right here

Save this. Set your reminder. Come as you are. 🤍

Grief isn’t always about losing something.

Sometimes it looks like finally releasing what you thought was supposed to happen.

The expectation.

Here’s what I know to be true: the world has spent years grooming you to expect a certain outcome, people to show up a certain way, and the life you were promised if you did everything right.

But here’s where that falls apart.

You can have expectations of yourself because you know what you’re capable of. You know what you can deliver. You know you.

But you cannot put that same weight on the world around you. On people you don’t fully know. On outcomes you can’t control.

When you don’t know yourself, the outside world becomes your whole measuring stick. You wait for the okay, the pardons, the validations.

That’s an exhausting way to live, love.

Releasing the expectation isn’t giving up.

It’s returning to the one thing you truly know: you.

DM me the word RELEASE if you’re interested in a conversation about what expectations you’re ready to let go of and how I can support you in this process.

We had to come back. 🌿

The conversation we had with Crystal Johnson / hit so deep that we’re doing it again, and this time, we’re going even further.

The Women Who Carry Everything: Putting Down What Isn’t Yours — Round 2.

Join us Thursday, April 2nd at 7 PM EST on The Flow State, LIVE.

Because some conversations need more than one sitting. The emotional over-responsibility. The inherited burdens you didn’t even know you were still holding. The weight that was never yours to begin with.

We’re not done yet, y’all.

Bring your journal, your questions, and everything you’ve been sitting with since last time. Come as you are. 🌿

Tap the reminder so you don’t miss it.

DM me RELEASE, and I’ll send you a personal reminder.
