A girl has to practice what she preaches to set a fabulous example. I recently took a self- care trip to Montreal. I reconnected with my amazing husband. I had a fabulous spa day, a lady’s lunch, and loads of exploring with my best company, myself. I unplugged and tuned in to myself. I reset my nervous system, and tapped into my creative side. I do this so I can show up as my best self for me, my family, my friends and my fabulous clients. Taking care of yourself is a necessity for feeling your best mentally and physically. Today marks the Fall Equinox - a moment of perfect balance, where day and night are equal. A reminder that we too are invited into balance: between productivity and rest, ambition and reflection, outer achievement and inner grounding. 🧘‍♀️✨🩷

This is the season of letting go, of releasing what no longer serves so we can make space for new growth. Just as the leaves turn, we are invited to turn inward and realign with what feels true.

🍂 Fall Reset: Nourish & Renew 🍂
The change of season is the perfect moment to reset your body, mind, and energy. As the days grow cooler, your immune system craves extra support. Here’s my favorite fall detox & immune-boosting elixir - a blend of warming spices, antioxidants, and grounding adaptogens that feels like a hug from the inside out. ✨

🍵 Autumn Glow Elixir Recipe:
• 1 cup hot water or brewed green tea
• 1 slice fresh ginger
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tsp raw honey (or manuka for extra immune support)
• ¼ tsp turmeric + a pinch of black pepper (to activate)
• 1 cinnamon stick (or ¼ tsp ground)
• Optional: a splash of unsweetened cranberry juice for liver detox + a sprinkle of reishi or ashwagandha for grounding

How to enjoy:
Steep ingredients together for 5–7 minutes, sip slowly, and let your body exhale.

✨ This ritual calms inflammation, supports detox pathways, boosts immunity, and aligns you with the grounding energy of fall.
