CSI PT students and I are currently conducting a study to find out if Liuzijue, a form of an ancient Chinese exercise, can improve heart rate variability. Here is the information.
Liuzijue is similar to Taichichuan (a.k.a. Tai Chi). Tai Chi has been found to improve balance, coordination, and reduce stress. Participants will learn and practice a standard technique of Liuzijue which is easier to learn than Tai Chi.
