Teaching Pilates in the park has been a highlight of this summer. I’ve loved having both new and old friends attend classes.
Outdoor exercise has been linked to physical and mental health benefits — it boosts your mood, lowers stress, improves immunity, and improves sleep. It’s wonderful being in nature, with the fresh air, spacious field, open sky… and dogs! We’ve been lucky with great weather so far! ☀️
