Event highlights include:
• Refreshments
• Music
• Community resources
• SDOH (Social Determinants of Health) screenings
• Food distribution (while supplies last)

VIP Community Services, NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, and are proud to co-sponsor the Re-Entry Employment Resource Fair, hosted in partnership with the on Tuesday, January 27, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at the Justice Sonia Sotomayor Community Center (1000 Rosedale Ave., Bronx).

The event will feature employment and job-readiness workshops, including the Interview Do’s and Don’ts Workshop facilitated by VIP Community Services and the NYC Commission On Human Rights from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Attendees will have access to education and employment resources, DMV services, health and mental health supports, and networking opportunities.

Please bring identification, resume materials, and dress professionally.

The AIDS Institute has launched Unfiltered — a new HIV prevention campaign centering real, honest conversations within communities of color.

Unfiltered brings together New York–based influencers, creatives, and advocates who share their personal stories about PrEP, sexual health, and overall wellness. Rooted in the oral storytelling traditions of communities of color, the campaign aims to break stigma, uplift diverse voices, and connect people with the resources they deserve.
